Veronika Slakaityte is an Analyst at the Danish Institute for International Studies, specializing in the fields of energy security and geopolitics of energy, with a particular emphasis on EU energy and climate policy. Her research is primarily situated in the Baltic Sea region but also encompasses offshore wind projects in both the Baltic and North Seas, as well as the broader European energy landscape, including the Energy Community countries. Veronika’s work includes the examination of national long-term energy strategies and countries’ responses to evolving geopolitical dynamics.
