TEPSA formulates recommendations to the Council Presidencies before they take office. TEPSA recommendations are formally presented to representatives and high-level officials of the incoming Presidency at the TEPSA Pre-Presidency Conferences. TEPSA recommendations are formulated by experts from the TEPSA network, without necessarily representing the views of TEPSA or its Member Institutes.
A new set of TEPSA Recommendations were presented to the incoming Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union at the Irish Pre-Presidency Conference in Dublin, on 11 and 12 June. These recommendations form part of a long history of interaction between TEPSA and the Council Presidencies, starting with the first Pre-Presidency Conference in 1974.
