Romain Le Quiniou

Romain served as TEPSA’s Project and Advocacy Manager in 2024 and 2025. In this role, he was responsible for the management and implementation of InvigoratEU, a Horizon Europe project dedicated to the EU’s enlargement and neighbourhood policies. He also regularly collaborated with colleagues in TEPSA’s other projects including EU-Bridge, RECLAIM and ActEU to bolster their advocacy component. Romain bridged the gap between research and policy-making, promoting mutual understanding and enhancing cooperation between experts and policymakers.

Romain holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Aix, with a focus on defence and security and a Master’s degree in European Studies from KU Leuven. He is also the co-Founder and Managing Director of Euro Créative, the first think tank in France dedicated exclusively to Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining TEPSA, Romain worked at the International Republican Institute’s Transatlantic Strategy Division where he was involved in programs related to political parties in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe.
