Prof. Lucia Mokrá is the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. Her main research interests regard the wider concept of European citizenship, fundamental rights after the Lisbon Treaty, the principle of non-discrimination in EU law, humanitarian aid and development cooperation. Prof. Mokrá served as a member of the TEPSA Board from 2016 to 2019. In June 2019, she was elected for her first three-year term as TEPSA Chairperson at the General Assembly in Helsinki, reconfirmed by unanimity at the General Assembly in Copenhagen in May 2025.
