Ilaria is Partnerships and Project Manager at TEPSA. She coordinates TEPSA’s business development and fundraising efforts, and oversees the implementation of activities under several EU-funded projects.
Ilaria holds an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London (UCL) and a BSc in Political Science (Politics & Economics) from the University of Milan. She started her career at the European Parliament Research Service (EPRS) and first joined TEPSA in 2021, coordinating the provision of external expertise for the European Parliament . Prior to rejoining TEPSA in 2025, she was an Accredited Parliamentary Assistant for a Member of the European Parliament (S&D Group), where she mainly covered topics related to the social and proximity economy, gender equality and development.
