Eva was Programme Manager at TEPSA until April 2026. In this role, she led the coordination of TEPSA’s Secretariat team, including Project Managers and Communications staff, ensuring smooth organisation and financial management across the association. In close cooperation with partners, Eva oversaw the overall development of TEPSA’s activities and initiatives, including multiple EU-funded projects, the provision of external expertise to the European Parliament, and TEPSA’s biannual Pre-Presidency Conferences.

Eva holds an MA in International Relations (Security, Peace and Conflicts) from the Free University of Brussels and a BA in Social Sciences from Bordeaux Montaigne University. Her academic research specialises in transitional justice, gender-just peace, and collective action. Prior to joining TEPSA in 2021, she gained experience interning at the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union on rule of law and fundamental rights issues, and has a background in academic research and EU public affairs for the corporate sector.
