Baptiste is TEPSA’s Communications Officer. He collaborates with TEPSA’s Communications Manager to implement the organisation’s short- and long-term communications strategy, particularly via the implementation of the organisation’s EU-funded projects including TEPSA’s Horizon Europe-funded projects. His responsabilities include developing TEPSA’s outreach campaigns, supporting the production of the organisation’s audio-visual projects, and fostering press relations.

Baptiste holds a Master’s degree in Political Studies from Nouveau Collège d’Études Politiques in Paris, with a thesis on the right to self-determination of the Chagossian people.

Prior to joining TEPSA, he roamed western France with his camera on behalf of the Hans Lucas photojournalism agency, covering politics, economy and environment topics. He then worked in Belgian politics as a Communications Officer in the cabinet of the then Ixelles Mayor, Christos Doulkeridis.
