Allegra is a Project Manager at TEPSA since 2023. She coordinates TEPSA’s projects funded by the European Commission’s Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) Programme, including the ExpressEU Operating Grant and the ChangingTIDE project. Her daily work involves project implementation, as well as engagement with stakeholders within the TEPSA network and its partners in policy-making, research and civil society. She is also TEPSA’s Equality & Inclusion Contact Point, ensuring implementation across projects of the organisation’s Gender Equality Plan.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Bologna and a Bachelor of Laws in European law with a minor in Globalization and Development from Maastricht University. Before joining TEPSA, she gained experience in working on transatlantic relations, feminist foreign and development policy, diplomacy and cultural affairs within the foreign service, NGOs and research institutes in Europe, North America and the Middle East.
