BRUSSELS, 02/12/2024: The Trans-European Policy Studies Association (TEPSA) proudly announces its continued role in delivering policy expertise to the European Parliament (EP) through newly awarded Framework Contracts with the Directorate-General for External Policies (DG EXPO) for the 2024-2029 legislative term.
Building on over five decades of experience in European affairs and 15 years of collaboration with the European Parliament, TEPSA will provide valuable foreign policy research and analysis on current and emergent issues relevant to several key EP Parliamentary Committees (e.g., Foreign Affairs, International Trade, Development, Security and Defence, Human Rights).
Under these Framework Contracts, TEPSA will coordinate the provision of policy expertise to relevant EP Parliamentary Committees and Subcommittees on the following issues:
- Foreign policy issues (first place);
- EU Enlargement, Eastern Neighbourhood, Northern policies (first place);
- Southern Neighbourhood and Greater Middle East (first place);
- Sustainable development and Humanitarian aid (first place);
- Security and Defence (second place);
- Trade (third place);
- Human Rights and Democracy (first place).
The indicated ranking shows TEPSA’s place amongst all awarded contractors (up to six per contract).
Through these contracts, TEPSA will oversee the production of studies, briefings, and in-depth analyses, enabling expert researchers from across Europe to contribute to the Parliament’s work.
