The Kick-off Conference of the Horizon 2020 project ‘Integrating Diversity in the European Union (InDivEU)’ was held on 24-25 January 2019 at the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence.
Under the lead of the European University Institute (EUI) and ETH Zurich (Switzerland), InDivEU brings together a consortium of some of Europe’s foremost research universities and outstanding scholars of Differentiated Integration in order to create comprehensive knowledge base on differentiated integration that will be of direct relevance to Europe’s policy makers.
The first day was open to the public and discussed the content and objectives of the project’s Work Packages. On the second day, the members of the consortium gathered to discuss the work plan of the next three years. Among other things, TEPSA’s Chairman Michael Kaeding and Executive Director Mariam Khotenashvili discussed the project’s expected impact and presented the InDivEU dissemination strategy.
