“Future of Europe” panel at TEPSA German Pre-Presidency Conference

On 25 June (14:00-15:00) TEPSA organised in cooperation with its German member Institut für Europäische Politik (IEP) a panel on “The EU’s differentiated future after Brexit” in the framework of the project “InDivEU – Integrating Diversity in the European Union”. Moderated by Christian Frommelt (Liechtenstein Institute), the panel featured presentations by Brigid Laffan (EUI), Frank Schimmelfennig (ETH Zürich), Funda Tekin (IEP) and Axel Dittmann (German Federal Foreign Office).

The panel was hosted by TEPSA’s German Pre-Presidency Conference (PPC). The PPC is TEPSA’s biannual flagship event, taking place right before the inauguration of each new Council Presidency. Bringing together academics, think tankers, policy-makers, media and civil society, the conference aims to discuss the agenda and challenges of the upcoming Presidency and of the EU more broadly. Due to the current restrictions in place because of the Covid-19 pandemic we decided to transform the traditional conference into a virtual edition. All panels and round tables were held through the video conferencing platform ZOOM. More information about the conference can be found here.
