EU@Work Seminar on Climate Action

On 27-30 October, the Trans European Policy Studies Association (TEPSA) organised a 4-day seminar on climate policies at the EU level. The seminar offered 14 Master and PhD students an opportunity to gain first-hand insights from researchers, EU practitioners, policymakers and officials on climate action.

The four days were devoted to attending expert lectures and meeting practitioners from key EU institutions, think tanks, and civil society organisations, with the objective of complementing the insights gained during the lectures. The seminar included online talks with representatives of the following organizations:

  • The European Parliament;
  • The European Commission;
  • The European Council; and
  • A several Brussels-based NGO working on climate action;

The seminar was organised by TEPSA under the academic lead of Dr. Katja Biedenkopf, Associate Professor of Sustainability Politics at Leuven International and European Studies (LINES), KU Leuven.
