In 2025, TEPSA launched “EU Reality Check”, an innovative social media campaign aimed at building up a fact-based narrative around topics that are often targets of disinformation campaigns.
With a 10-part campaign disseminated via TEPSA’s Instagram and LinkedIn channels, the series aimed at debunking popular and harmful disinformation narratives and providing facts and explanations to citizens. Posts focused on a range of issues, from the Green Deal to the EU’s role in the world, from Russia’s war in Ukraine to migration and competitiveness.
In a context of hybrid warfare, where facts are constantly under attack, EU Reality Check invites readers to beware of fake news and further inform themselves about the role and values of the EU.
