TEPSA is happy to present the student paper “Climate change and environment protection, a new EU body to ensure intergenerational solidarity?” by Nuša Muršič, a student from the University of Ljubljana.

Nuša Muršič assesses how environment protection should be also addressed in view of future generations. She encourages the EU to take further steps in ensuring representation of future generations in the decision-making process, especially by working  towards the establishment of a new legal representative of our successor generations.
