Abstract:

This policy brief addresses the question of migration and the destabilising effects it has on the EU. The brief offers circular migration as a solution and has three key recommendations. Firstly, agreements with third countries, secondly equipping migrants with the necessary skills to work in the EU and finally, to explain the policy well to the citizens of the EU.
