Zinaida is TEPSA’s Financial Manager. In this role, she is responsible for the overall financial management of the organization, including project financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation of annual accounts, etc.

Zinaida’s studies combine international relations and diplomatic affairs. She built her experience working in humanitarian aid in Turkey and Syria and civil society support across the Eastern Partnership.
