Abstract:
The EU is a multilateral animal. Ever since inception, it has lived on, and promoted multilateralism as the way of ordering global politics. In the post-COVID-19 world, it is well positioned to advance cooperative patterns of dealing with the many global challenges at hand. Yet, to succeed, it must climb a number of obstacles both internal and external.
