Law, justice and politics in the contemporary democratic context

On 13 December 2018, TEPSA and its Macedonian member the Faculty of Law Iustinianus Primus – University Ss. Cyril and Methodius jointly organised a conference on “Law, justice and politics in the contemporary democratic context” in the framework of the Europe for Citizens programme of the EU. The conference addressed several issues of great relevance for European politics, such as: treatment of migrants and potential asylum seekers in transit through Croatia, thirty years’ was and the idea of United Europe, the Balkans in transition. The conference was attended by more than 90 participants.

More About Europe for Citizens

TEPSA was a beneficiary of an Operating Grant awarded in the framework of the Europe for Citizens Programme of the European Union for the period 2018-2020. Within its work programme, TEPSA organised a number of events both in Brussels and in the Member States, in cooperation with its member institutes. The Operating grant also supported the statutory activities of the TEPSA Secretariat, such as the meetings of the governing bodies and TEPSA’s communication activities.
